When you use the trip-planning form, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, trip type, destination, approximate travel dates, number of travelers, and other details you choose to include. Please do not submit highly sensitive information through this form.
How information is used
I use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, discuss and plan requested travel services, communicate with you about that inquiry, and maintain appropriate business records. Form information is not collected for the purpose of selling your personal information.
Form processing and third parties
This website uses FormSubmit to transmit trip-planning form submissions to my email. Information you submit through that form is therefore processed by FormSubmit and by the email and hosting services involved in delivering and storing the message. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and website analytics
This HTML file does not currently include Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or other advertising-tracking code. A hosting provider or third-party service used with the website may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser information, or server logs as part of providing its service.
Retention and requests

Traveler responsibility
